The above screen asks you to select the .dsk image file to be made in the following screen. After pressing OK, the following screen of la will propose a default .dsk filename for you at your system drive. In this case, the system drive is quite full so you select a drive with sufficient diskspace to store this image file:

C: drive, the system drive, does not have enough space, so you select the data drive, E: drive to store the image file:

After pressing Save, la makes the mini-xp image file for you:

After clicking OK, you are returned to the main screen of la and you have just made the mini-xp image file to be run up to ram later. Now you click the Close Application X button at the upper right hand corner of la main screen to quit la:

You can either click Yes or No in the above and the following screen to quit. For the time being, you just click No:

Step 3 - Selecting Image to boot into ram

After quitting from la, you now have to run up bootimage.exe in the g4dimdisk folder to specify the image file just made to be booted up into ram after rebooting:

After pressing the left hand side button to select the image file to be booted. It opens up the selct image file screen for you to select. After selecting the image file, you press the Open button to finish. bootimage.exe will then quit and return you to the Windows Desktop.

Step 4 - Rebooting Image to run in ram

After pressing Restart, you reboot your machine and when coming to the following screen, you choose to start the grub4dos bootloader to load up the image file to boot into ram:
